Staff is super helpful!

I stayed for 3 nights and found the staff to be amazing, really the highlight of my stay. The maid service was excellent, and the location is pretty convenient. The TVs are way too small for the room, and the wifi was weak, which was annoying. Still, for the price, it's not too bad overall.

The manager is very accommodating.

The first room I received was uncomfortable and dirty, with broken items and holes in the walls. After requesting a new room, I was given one that was better but still had issues like only one TV channel available. Overall, my stay was frustrating due to these significant inconveniences.

We visited a few local attractions and enjoyed hanging out in our spacious room. The location was perfect for exploring the area. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, setting a great tone for our trip.

Unfortunately, this place had some notable downsides. The deposit required cash, which forced us to use their ATM with a fee, not the best start. The TV in the room was locked down, limiting viewing options to only local channels. Also, two wall outlets didn't function properly and the bathroom had visible mold on the walls, making it hard to feel comfortable.

i recently stayed at the garden inn for one night and was pleasantly surprised. my previous experience in san gabriel wasn't great, but this time, the room was clean and spacious, making for a comfortable stay. the friendly staff also allowed early check-in, which was a bonus.
